It took me thirty years to build my home, but just seconds for the landslide to turn it all to rubble. Everything was gone, and we didn’t even have a drop of fresh water. My name is Kashinath, a 70-year-old farmer from Sharasa District, Bihar. When the flood hit, it took everything our home, our fields, and even our hope to live. Decades of hard work were gone in a single night. We had no food, no clean water, and nowhere to turn.
